AXS app not responding

I purchased tickets to a Brit Floyd concert next June at red rocks, I received the E mail confirming the purchase, was told to download the AXS app, I did so but still cannot log on, I know how the process works,I wanted to have them sent to my phone as sometimes I have trouble accessing my E mails on my phone, still cannot get on AXS app, could you please let me know what's going on, thank you.
