SeatGeek - When will I receive my refund?

According to the SeatGeek faq section, if your event is canceled, you should receive 100% of your original order back. You should also receive an email with details about your options for a refund. The SeatGeek faq states that there is no need to proactively reach out to the company customer experience team in this case.
If your event is postponed, your tickets will most likely be valid for the new date, although this will depend on the venue’s policy. SeatGeek should send you an email with details once they have confirmed the changes with the event organizer.
