Seat geek is the most unreasonable company Ive ever dealt with in my 67 years on the planet! They make no provision whatsoever for the customer, or the possibility of human air They have no regard whatsoever for anything except their unreasonable policies!

I simply ordered tickets in the wrong city because Im not that savvy With apps! I was wanting to take my wife to an event it just so happened to be in New York and in Los Angeles Im mistakenly bought tickets in New York, I live in California, I wouldve been happy to buy tickets in California, but they refused to help me in any way shape or form! I lost $500 on the deal! This company is a joke, unreasonable, unfair And border senior abuse!

How crazy is that policy Theyre great when youre dumping money on their tickets but when youre a human being, you are valued and discarded and dismissed! Sick about it nobody has an extra $500 to just Lose because you pushed the wrong button or got confused! Dave offered no help no solution no remedy just took the money and run! I will never use this joke of a company again!

I woke this money to getting a notification from my bank that my balance was too low to cover a $835 seatGeek purchase...... I never heard of them.!!

How did they get my information.??????? I'm taking this to the Attorney General, FBI.......My bank is also doing a investigation.

At age 67 you should know better than to deal with scalpers, which is what these companies are. Didn't you encounter your first ones when fishing for Led Zeppelin tickets in 1970 ?

The guys who sold you fake tickets ? This is the 21st Century version with "Seat Geek" and the others.

Total Scam, never received tickets

I've used seat geek exactly two times. Both times I never received tickets and Seat Geek says it's not their fault and they won't refund money.

They are a total fraud. The company makes no effort to verify actual tickets from sellers. They practically encourage fraud. What a *** company.

Also, been waiting on hold for Over 90 minutes and received no answer back on chat. There isn't a functioning phone number.

You can always tell the companies that really suck because it's impossible to find a phone number for them. That usually means they are so bad they are tired of people calling.

There was a presale for a childrens show (Disney descendants & zombies)and every other place in the country is ticketmaster except my local arena used seat geek. There were seats available in the first few rows and included ultimate vip, so I purchased row 1 and used apple pay and when I went to finish the transaction I did not see ultimate vip so I did not complete it but it took the $ and I received conformation.

I immediately contacted seat geek (1st called but phone # dies not work) so I opened a chat took an hour before someone started talking and explained I thought row 1 included the vip that row 2 includes (and cheaper) and I wanted to cancel or change my tickets spent another 1 ob the chat and at 11;15 am she again told me to hold sge did not fet back on until 430pm to say she was going to submit the info to her superiors to fix it and I never heard another word. I wanted to keep row 1 if possible to add the vip or change to the exact seats in row 2 that state ultimate vip and they were available and cheaper. So here I am over a week later and no change and no response and the presale is way over and regular sake was over a week ago so I do not even know what happened. I am not sure why row 1 that cost more than row 2-10 does not include the ultimate vip when those other rows do, it does not make any sense.

The ultimate vip includes a meet and greet photo with the performers and a lot of other extras.

I am very upset and frustrated. And the fees they charge are crazy.

The company needs to verify and deliver tickets to customers at least 48 hours before the event, instead of moments before it starts. They also changed our seats on multiple occasions and kept insisting the tickets would be in my email.

I engaged in a game of phone tag with them for five hours before finally receiving the three tickets for $373 (inferior seats) and missing part of the game! Never again!

The phone number is no longer used but is in service. There is no human interaction.

I purchased a set of tickets for me and my family, 5 in total to the 3:00 show. Some how I was also charged for the 7:00 show with 5 more tickets at almost double the price. I contacted them via chat with no resolve.

My bank is also involved for this fraudulent charge. They too have no contact with the company.

Dealing with SeatGeek was one of the worst purchases and companies. I purchased two front row seats, thinking they were the ultimate VIP seats and I realized halfway into buying them that they did not include the ultimate VIP benefits. I did not continue with the order, but they had already taken the money and confirmed my ticket purchase. I immediately tried to call them, but there was no way to contact them through the phone so I was forced to use the chat option. It took a long time for someone to join the chat. I explained that the seats directly behind the ones I purchased included the VIP and I wanted those instead. This occurred during a presale, and there were a lot of tickets available for less money. The representative had me on four the chat for over an hour, then told me she needed to discuss the change with her supervisor and asked me to hold on. She did not return for six hours, after which she wrote an apology for the delay, but mentioned that she was still working on it. I never heard another thing, so I assumed everything was fixed.

However, over a week later, I received emails asking if I needed a callback and I responded positively. Seventeen days later, I received the call. The man was not only exceedingly rude, but he was also very condescending. He informed me that there were lower tier seats available with the VIP and I could consider changing to those. These were not the ultimate VIP and moving from the first row to lower tiers would have been a significant downgrade. I tried to explain what had transpired, but he rudely told me that he was not familiar with my situation. The offensive and condescending attitude prompted me to ask for a refund. He then told me for the first time that the box office was the party that needed to approve the original changes. If I had known that, I could have handled it myself on day one. He reiterated that there was no guarantee of a refund, as it was dependent on the box office's discretion.

The very next day, I received an email stating that my tickets were cancelled and a refund was issued. Now, my daughter has neither the tickets nor the ultimate VIP experience, which included a photograph with the cast of the show. Since this ordeal started about three weeks ago, those ultimate VIP tickets are gone. Seeing as my daughter is a minor, she cannot attend on her own. I called the box office yesterday afternoon and they were very helpful, informing me that if I had contacted them instead of SeatGeek, they could have resolved it immediately. Unfortunately, two seats with the ultimate VIP are no longer an option.

I received the wrong ticket. I ordered GA Pit 1, and I got GA Pit 2.

I even took a screenshot of the final page that states my order was processed successfully for GA Pit 1, which I attached to this message.

Not only that, but I also received a transfer from Ticketmaster of the wrong ticket. If this issue isn't resolved within 48 hours, I will need to contact my bank and dispute this transaction.

Dear SeatGeek Customer Support,

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent experience using your service. On October 30, I purchased tickets for Mariah Carey's event in Austin, and it has been a frustrating ordeal since then.

At the front door, we discovered that my tickets were not sent. This resulted in my wife and me being turned away at the venue. This not only wasted our time but also led to significant disappointment.

I attempted to seek assistance through your support channels, but unfortunately, the response was inadequate. The chatbot provided no real solutions, and when I finally reached a representative, I was kept on hold for over two hours without any apologies for the inconvenience.

After requesting a callback the following day at 9 AM, I received no communication. Instead, I was sent an email 4-5 days later asking if the issue was resolved. Yet, my tickets were never sent, and I have not received a refund or any form of compensation.

Placed an order for tickets. Two charges appeared immediately on my credit card statement.

I can understand one of them dropping off, and that's not the reason for the one-star review.

Paying almost $70 for fees and then not being able to phone a person at support is unacceptable. While the pricing may be decent, don't expect customer service to assist if you actually incur a problem.

Purchased tickets from SeatGeek prior never an issue. This time on the top of the hour for show .

I wasnt able to load pfd show barcode prior a day or two before the actual show I assume I was fine but once I got there it was a different story saying tickets needed to be printed at home which was impossible because I was already there . Tried calling customer service to no prevail didnt have correct 1800 number did the live chat but that didnt help had to make other arrangements to see the show.

Good morning,

Im writing with my first complaint ever and I have been going to concerts since I was 16 years old.

I purchased 2 tickets through SeatGeek which transferred through Ticketmaster.

Ticketmaster responded to my complaint quickly but only to let me know that it must be handled with Seat Geek since that was where I originally bought the tickets.

My purchase was very seamless, but going to our seats was not.

I spent over $400 for these seats which is a lot of money for me. I also took my 13 year old daughter with me who was very excited because spending $400 to be so close is a luxury for us and a once in a lifetime experience that we were looking forward to having together..until we got to our seats and saw that people were in our seats and not just people but very mean angry people who refused to listen or view the tickets I had on my phone.

They ruined the entire experience with their negativity and constant angry stares and harassing comments like next time you should actually BUY tickets and not take our seats etc.etc.

I was actually scared of how angry these people were and thought if I complained to any one then I would be putting my daughter and myself in harms way.

We barely squeezed into spot 35 with my daughter directly behind me since the other people would not move.

I paid over $400 for 2 seats - I had my phone out showing them and these people insisted that I was in their spot and made the experience just terrible.

One of the people angrily shook a phone at me showing seat 35 .I was shocked?! She actually had seat 35but so did I!

It felt awful trying to stand up for myself and stick to it when constantly being glared at and told how I should have bought tickets.

I felt awful for my daughter and barely held it together at some points.

Just trying to get into the mood of the concert singingdancing was out of the question! These people put their elbows out to make sure we had NO Space and really had a terrible experience. And if our arms accidentally touched theirs they were just beside themselves like we had violated them.

I mean I felt like I couldnt even smile let alone MOVE. Any movement or expression of happiness just brought tremendous anger to these people who thought I was stealing their seats when in reality I would never want to be anywhere close to them.

Although it is not Ticketmaster/SeatGeeks fault for how unreasonable and nasty these drunk people were, I do believe it was the fault of either Ticketmaster or SeatGeek for selling at least 2 of the same seat #35 Row FFF SECTION 100. I dont know if they had seat 36 as well because the mean lady waving her phone at me didnt show me 36 but judging by her actions I assumed she had both. I do know for sure that I purchased 35 & 36.

I would never have gone to the concert had I known it would be such an awful time let alone spend $400 to be harassed the entire time with my 13 year old daughter.

I cried all the way home.

I would like, at the very least, to be reimbursed for the tickets that were double sold because that was the worst concert experience of my entire life. Something that should have been such a positive and uplifting experience for my daughter and I, turned into a nightmare that I actually paid for!

Im so sad about it.I felt like I had done something wrong and it looked that way to everyone around me as these angry drunk people ridiculed me throughout the show.

First, my tickets were never transferred to me. I completely missed the concert.

I was in contact with seat geek for hours the day of the concert trying to get this resolved and it never was. Now, a week later Im trying to get my refund and people are not very quick to respond and its been 2 days now since the last response. I asked for updates and there hasnt been on in 48 hours.

Ridiculous service. I paid over $650 for tickets, over $400 for travel fees plus food & drinks.
