Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Just be patient, if they say they’re gonna do something they’re gonna do it may just take a little longer than you would expect it to take but remember there’s several thousand people probably in the same boat you are and for that reason it takes a little more time than we would like it to.
I got an email about a refund if I responded by 2 o'clock on my AC/DC ticket about not being able to attend the rescheduled date, which I did. I responded to the email that we could not attend.
Send a copy of my original receipt all before 2 o'clock. Are you gonna send any other information about what's going on? I have a copy of the original email that says we're gonna get a refund. I don't know if I want to purchase anything from here again.
Ticketmaster has customer service that you can talk to. I guess we'll wait till 10 days. It says we'll have to wait and then we'll go from there, and if we don't hear anything or my card doesn't reflect the four tickets that I purchased for the price that I purchased them at, plus all the fees, then I guess we just hire an attorney and go to small claims court.

They leave no way to communicate with a human. All their other avenues to communicate are worthless. They never responded to any of my methods of communication.
I put in the wrong email address for the tickets to be sent to. Within minutes, I realized my mistake.
For a week, I tried every way possible to contact SeatGeek. My credit card company tried to resolve the situation. SeatGeek never responded to our correspondence and charged me for unused tickets. I'll never use them again.
Horrible business practice to never respond to any of our correspondence.
Use them at your own risk. They have lost me as a customer forever.

I can't find a single soul to help me find out whether my tickets to an event at Amerant Arena will be delivered to me in time for the AutoNation Orange Bowl Basketball Classic at noon, Dec. 13.
I purchased one ticket and a parking pass on Oct.
19 and have heard nothing. It's supposed to come from Go Tickets.

I will not buy any event ticket that is connected to GeekSeat! Never!

I paid 23 dollars for a Kali Uchis parking ticket which was 2 days ago, and in the email, it still says it's being prepared. When I went to the event, I was told that they didn't accept parking passes from SeatGeek, just from Ticketmaster, and that my parking ticket was not valid. I had to pay another 55 dollars for the parking ticket at the event.

Very frustrating to work with SeatGeek as you can't talk to a live representative about questions you have regarding trying to sell tickets. Guess I won't use them then.

Don’t use there website at all.. they will not try to resolve your issue.
I need my total refund send original payment method. The concert is complete over and I did not attend at all.
I have a credit of 734.00 and I was trying to buy tickets and it did not work. The concert is tonight.
I HAVE NEVER USED THIS WEBsite AND NEVER WILL AGAIN. REFUND MY MONEY TO MY ORIGINAL PAYMENT.

Having Issues with My Email
Call ended up directing me to a chat site. I need to talk to a live person to get the tickets that I need for the Thanksgiving Day game in Dallas.
Preferred solution: A way to get my tickets. My email that I have currently signed up on my account is not working. I need to have the tickets forwarded to another of my emails.
4 tickets need 2
Every at one time or another has issues. As I had the wrong seats at a Texans football game, they were awesome staying on top of my issue, took care of me and my girlfriend just great seats.

I purchased 7 tickets to the game Buccaneers vs Saints and never got to go to the game. I couldn't find my tickets in the email to go.
We had friends waiting for us with the tickets, and we couldn't go in because of no tickets.
I need a refund on these 7 tickets purchased on Oct. 1, 2025.

Had a problem with buying the tickets and I couldnt get any help when I used to buy tickets for StubHub or Ticketmaster directly anytime I had a question or anything like that I wouldnt get a prompt answer with you guys. I got nothing nothing like I said totally unacceptable
