Iโve spoke to customer service on Thursday and have not received anything else other then an email showing me where to go and questions if I had any like a FAQ .
Hello , I bought tickets for the Big Time Rush , Forever Tour 2022 well I received an email saying I couldnt have the tickets on my mobile device so I went up to the front of the ticket center where the concert was being held and after I sighned up for ticket master and my seat number and a code did not come up and a sale manager was helping me after I did all of that , there was no code for my seating and no Letter for my isle (row) so I couldnt see where the seats where and I purchased 2 tickets and another separate ticket and we could not enter the seating area and where the tickets where supposed to be shown by location on the app , so we had to just be on the lawn I spoke to customer service and havent heard back and its been three days . All I ask is for a simple refund and hope that this doesnt happen again.
